Since this is a private subdivision, I have no problem with it moving forward as long as all aforementioned items are addressed prior to the approval of construction plans and issuance of construction permit. Note: I will need the estimated square footage of clubhouse as soon as possible before fees can be calculated as they are calculated by square footage for commercial and retail.
