Dear Sir:
As you are aware, the property known as Riverchase Golf Club and
purchased by my company, American Golf Corporation, has not been
plated by the city. We would request that we not be required to
plate this land. We can provide a legal description if needed.
We have installed an expensive pumping station to irrigate the
golf course (which has already been partially planted). This station
is not designed to operate outside. Controls are not weather-proof
and are subject to vandalism or tampering. Therefore, we are re-
questing a temporary building permit to house this station as soon
as possible.
The approximate location of the proposed pump station house is
indicated on the attached boundary survey marked tract "A", sheet 2.
Your earliest attention to this request would be appreciated.
