Dear Madam/Sir:
This letter is to inform you that the Park West Commerce Center, Lots l&3, Block 7, and Lot
3R, Block 8, Site Plan to allow the development of 4 office/warehouse facilities on
approximately 31 acres of property located at the northeast and northwest comers of Wrangler
and Enterprise Drives was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, May 12, 1998,
subject to the following conditions:
1) Revise and match tabulations on all exhibits.
For your information, Council approved your request of a variance to the screening wall
requirement to allow a 3' berm with a solid living screen planted on top.
Please send to the Planning Department, as soon as possible, all exhibits which need revision.
