Dear Mr. Seib:
Attached please find a copy of our May 1998 approved site plan for Park West
Commerce Center, and also a revised version of the same buildings. Currently buildings
I & 2 are built, and we intend to submit construction documents for building 3 in several
weeks. However, we have decreased the area of building 3 slightly to meet current
market demands. The site plan approved building was 145,000 sf (580' x 250'), and the
revised building is 116,000 sf (580' x 200'). Also, the truck court width has been
reduced. The excess land created will be reserved for future parking. The elevations of
the new building will remain virtually unchanged from the site plan approved elevations.
We would like to submit this building for permit without submitting a revised site plan.
We realize that if building permit drawings are not submitted within 2 years of the site
plan approval, the approval is void and re-submittal will be required. Please review the
attached drawings and let me know if we can submit for building permit under our
current approved site plan.
