This could required the driveway on Lots 1 & 3, Block 7 most easterly to be moved west. Also, this could require the driveway on Lot 3R, Block 8 most northerly driveway to be moved south. 2. Show the location of existing driveways If sidewalks are not to be constructed at the time of the development a note must be provided in the plans stating that: "The 4' sidewalks in the right-of-way of Enterprise and Wrangler Drives will be constructed by the property owner when directed by the City Engineer." 4. Impact Fees will be required. 5. Provide preliminary utility plans. ill L
