Dear Madam/Sir:
This letter is to inform you that the G&K Services, Inc., Minor Plat and Site Plan, to allow the
development of a 67,725 square foot facility on approximately 6 acres of property located along
the south and east sides of Airline Drive were recommended for approval by the Coppell
Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, April 16, 1998, subject to the Site Plan.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, May 12, 1998, at
7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent
this item may result in the denial of this application.
Please provide the Planning Department with 17 additional copies of the Site Plan, Building
Elevations, Landscape Plan, Courtyard Plan and Minor Plat by 12 noon, April 30, 1998, to
forward on to Council.
