Dear Sir/Madam:
At its meeting March 19, 1998, the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission voted to table
consideration of your Site Plan to its meeting on April 16th and denied your Minor Plat.
Please send one complete set of your revised plans to the Planning Department no later than 12
noon, Tuesday, March 31, 1998. Staff will review your plans and call you if additional changes
are necessary. We have scheduled you to appear before the Development Review Committee on
Thursday, April 2, 1998. If staff has asked for additional changes, you will need to bring a
complete set of newly revised plans to the meeting.
