Provide a scale on the Site Plan (should be 1"=20'). Provide a tabulation of pavement coverage: a) Area of vehicular pavement (car parking spaces, driveways, truck loading areas, truck parking, etc.) b) Area of non-vehicular pavement (on-site sidewalks, outside loading docks, platforms, stoops, steps, handicap ramps, courtyard pavement excluding planters, etc.) Parking ratios on the Site Plan as mislabeled. Industrial use is 1 space for 1,000 sfofgross floor area and office is 1 space for 300 sf. Provide additional information on the type of business being proposed. Label the rectangular area at the northeast comer of the building. Screen truck court from Airline Drive. At time of planting all trees must be a minimum of 3 inches in caliper. Specify type and colors of building materials to be used on the building elevations. Bring to the DRC meeting a color board of proposed building materials & paints. On the landscape plan provide a summary table specifying species, quantities and size of all plant material. Provide colored renderings of the building. Receive approval from the Trininty River Authority with regards to discharge. For your information, the Minor Plat will be submitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission for their approval. Note: A. B. Staff written commems will be faxed to each applicant. Please revise plats, landscape plans, and utility plans based on staff recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why staff recommendations should not be followed when you attend the March 5th Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting. Each applicant will bring one new set of revised plats and plans to the March 5th DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision. An Engineer for the project or other representative is urged to attend the meeting. Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, March 10th to resubmit eighteen (18) folded copies of revised plans and three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) of each exhibit to the Planning Department.
