The most easterly driveway must be a minimum 100' apart from the existing driveway adjacent to the property as per the City's Subdivision Ordinance. 2. On site drainage should be picked up internally before it discharges into the street. 3. Utility easements need to be provided for the proposed water meter vault. 4. If sidewalks are not to be built with the development, a note on the Minor Plat needs to be provided stating "The sidewalks to be constructed by the property owner when directed by City Engineer". 5. Domestic water should not come off the fire line. 6. The middle driveway should be relocated. There is a blind spot to the east due to the severe bend in road. Proposed landscaping accentuates that problem. 7. The Landscaping Plan and Site Plan need to be on 24 "x36" sheets.
