request of Halff Associates, Inc..

1. On site drainage should be picked up internally before it discharges into the street.
If sidewalks are not to be built with the developmem, a note on the Minor Plat needs to be
provided stating "The sidewalks to be constructed by the property owner when
directed by City Engineer".
3. Domestic water should not come off the fu'e line.
