RE: KIDS R KIDS Sign Variance Request
Dear Mr. Schoenthaler:
This letter is to inform you that your request for a variance from Section 10-8-4 of the City of
Coppell Sign Ordinance which addresses the requirement for a building permit or utility
construction permit to be issued prior to allowance of a temporary construction sign advertising
the coming of a new business was approved by the Coppell City Council on June 14, 1994.
You will be allowed to erect a temporary 4' by 8' sign stating that KIDS R KIDS is coming
soon to the Riverchase Shopping Center on lots D and E.
