The developer will install detector double check on the fireline meter assembly in
private utilities not dedicated to the City.
The on site fire hydrants shall be equipped with storz/hydrolock fitting.
All water service lines on site will be privately owned and water meters will be in the
City's rights-of-way along MacArthur Blvd. and Riverchase drives.
The sanitary sewer on site will be private and the City's maintenance responsibility
will begin in the manhole at Sta. 0+00 line "A."
The water main depth minimum will be 42" and 48".
PVC pipe should be DR14 or DR18 depending on size, per City standards.
Use City of Coppell Standard Details for all meter installations.
The entry improvements need to comply with the Streetscape Plan.
The Park Dedication Ordinance will be required at final plat; i.e., $1285.00 per
dwelling unit.
Any and all common areas will be maintained by the Home Owners Association.
All common areas need to be described by metes and bounds and placed on the final
plat.
