Dear Mr. Schoenthaler:
This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of the Riverchase Plaza, Phase 1, 2nd
Replat of Lots D & E for a Kids-R-Kids day care facility, located at the northeast comer of
MacArthur Boulevard and Beltline Road, was recommended by the Coppell Planning and Zoning
Commission on Monday, November 14, 1994. The following condition applies:
A Developer's Agreement relative to the fire lane located along the common
northern property boundary (between Lots D and E) will be drafted by the City's
legal staff and executed prior to submission to City Council.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, December 13,
1994, at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to
represent this item may result in the denial of this application.
