Develoner's Agreements
I have attached original copies of two Developer's Agreements, one for the new Coppell
Hardware Store (Butch Addition, Lot 1, Block A) and one for Kids-R-Kids (Riverchase Plaza,
Phase 1, Lots D and E.
The City Secretary's Department told me that each needs to be filed with the County.
Would you please do this for us the next time you're down in Dallas? I don't think there's any
rush, but if you could handle this for us, we'd appreciate it.
