Enclosed is original and three copies of the Developer Agreement between the City and
John Schoenthaler and Riverchase Plaza, Ltd. We have amended the first page and the signature
page to reflect the correct style for the Developers, and we have also corrected Exhibit "A" which
contained two typographical errors. We believe it is now in correct form for execution by the
parties.
