1) Fire lanes needs to be approved by the Fire Department
2) Please include a notation on the face of the plat to the effect, "Owner of Lot E
aggrees to contribute to the construction of the fire lane which borders of Lot D and
E when deemed necessary.
3) Show adjacent zoning on landscape plan.
4) Show on landscape plan show table containing plant botanical name, quantity and
caliper.
Label fencing on face of site plan and indicate fence material.
Storage area needs to be clarified. No outside storage is allowed.

Staff written comments will be faxed to each applicant and the marked up blue line
prints can be picked up at City Hall or if requested will be sent by mail.
Please revise plats, landscape plans, and utility plans based on staff recommendations
or provide reasons why our comments should not be followed when you attend the
November 3rd Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting.
Each applicant will bring a new set of plats and revised plans to the November 3rd
DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain and defend any revision.
An Engineer for the project or other representative is urged to attend the meeting.
Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, November 8th to resubmit twenty-six (26)
folded copies of revised plans, three (3) reduced paper copies and one (1)
transparency of each exhibit to the Planning Department.
