The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Monday, the 14th day of November, 1994, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for
consideration of a 2nd Replat of Riverchase Plaza, Phase 1, Lots D and E, at the request of
Winkelmann and Associates, Inc., to allow a proposed day care center, Kids-R-Kids, on
property generally described as follows: at the northeast comer of MacArthur Boulevard and
Beltline Road. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are
invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other
party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning the proposed replat request by
letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell,
Texas 75019.
