Separate instrument needs to be submitted to estabhsh the mutual access easement for the southern one-half of the driveway. Add meets arid bounds descriptions and blanks for the filing information (volume and page) for this separate instrument on the plat. Do not include the portion of the mutual access easement which dead-ends into the Riverside Church property. 2. Need to add the volume and page of the existing mutual access easement to the north of the property need to be added to the plat. 3. Need to graphically indicate the existing 30ft. access easement, as filed in Vol. 92138, page 2020. 4. The name of the plat in the City Secretary's signature block and the owner's certificate need to reflect the corrected name of the plat, the Callahan addition. 5. Revise the location map to more accurately reflect the area being platted. Note: A. Bo Please revise plats, site plans, landscape plans, and building elevations based on staff recommendations. Should applicant disagree with staff comments please provide reasons why staff recommendations should not be followed when you attend the March 7a Development Review Committee (DRC) meeting. Each applicant will bring two new sets of revised plats and plans to the March 7th DRC meeting. Applicants will be asked to show, explain, and defend any revision. A representative for this project is required to attend the meeting. Applicant will have till noon Tuesday, March 12a to resubmit fourteen (14) folded copies of revised plans, three (3) reduced paper copies (8 1/2 X 11) and one JPEG or Powerpoint Slide of each exhibit to the Planning Department.
