This letter shall serve as confirmation of our conversation this afternoon concerning
the postponement of the requested PD 195-0 Zoning Change and Minor Plat for
the referenced project.
It is our intention to effect a number of design changes that will improve the site
planning for the project and ultimately result in a better project for the City of
Coppell and the Ownership. We shall have our revisions completed and
resubmitted to your office by the filing deadline of 2/20/02.
