RE: Riverchase Estates Addition, Replat of Lots 5&6, Block C
Dear Sirs:
This letter is to inform you that your request to approve Riverchase Estates
Addition, Replat of Lots 5&6, Block C, located west of Riverchase Boulevard
along Old York Road, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday,
August 9, 1994.
No construction may begin until the replat has been filed with the Dallas County
Plat Records Department. Approval of this replat is valid for six (6) months from
the City Council agenda date. If the replat has not been submitted to the Planning
Department prior to February 8, 1995, the replat shall be deemed null and void
and resubmittal shall be required. See the attached checklist for the requirements
for executing final plats and replats.
