Plat, located at the northwest comer of Belt Line Road and North Lake Drive (east of Denton
Tap Road), was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission
on Thursday, December 16, 1993, subject to the escrow being waived by City Council, at your
request.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, January 11, 1994,
at 7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at the City Council meeting.
