Dear Mr. Belt:
Because of several comments made by our City Attorney regarding this plat, we would advise
you to submit one copy of the Final Plat before proceeding with the recording process. As
discussed by telephone, the signer of the plat needs to be identified by rifle, corporate
acknowledgment needs to be included, dedication language needs to be added, the Mayor, City
Secretary, Planning Commission Chairman, as well as Notary blocks need to be added, etc.
Once we have received and reviewed a draft copy of the final document, we will get back to
you.
