of Riverside Church of Christ on 6.5 acres of property located at the northwest
corner of Belt Line and Northlake Drive, east of Denton Tap Road, at the request
of Riverside Church of Christ.

1. The minimum width of easements dedicated to the City must be 20'.
2. The proposed water easemem for the fire hydram adjacem to Belt Line Road must not contain
any private improvements (i.e. monumem sign, light pole).
3. The proposed water easemem on the north side needs to be eliminated since the proposed fire
line will be private.
