Staff has a concern with the exterior stairs on the front fagade of the building. As a general comment, the site plan, landscape plan and elevations are very difficult to read. It is recommended that the elevations and floor plan be on separate sheets. A replat of the property will be required to relocate existing utility easements and fire lanes.
