RE: Riverside Church of Christ Site Plan Amendment
Dear Mr. Hallum:
This letter is to inform you that the Riverside Church of Christ, Site Plan Amendment, to allow
the construction of a two-story addition to the existing church and additional parking spaces on
6.5 acres of property located at 150 E. Beltline Road, was recommended for approval by the
Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, April 20, 2000, subject to the following
condition:
1) The property being replatted.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, May 9, 2000, at
7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting. Failure to represent this
item may result in the denial of this application. Please submit to the Planning Department 17
folded copies of the all exhibits on or before 12 noon~ Wednesday, April 26th so that we can
forward your case to Council for consideration.
