This letter is to inform you that Riverside Church of Christ, Site Plan Amendment, to
allow the construction of a two-story addition to the existing church and additional
parking spaces on 6.5 acres of property located at 150 E. Beltline Road, was approved by
the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, May 9, 2000, subject to the following condition:
1)
The property being replatted to relocate utility easements and delineate
fire lanes.
