Dear Mr. Peeples:
This letter is to inform you that Riverside Church of Christ Addition, Lot 1, Block 1, Replat, to allow
the expansion of Riverside Church of Christ on approximately 6.5 acres of property located at the
northwest comer of Beltline and North Lake Drive, east of Denton Tap Road, was recommended for
approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, March 15, 2001, subject
to the following conditions:
1. Approval from TXU for the relocation of the utilities and associated easements.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, April 10, 2001, at
7:30 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held at the
City Council Chambers at 255 Parkway Blvd. Failure to represent this item may result in the
denial of this application. Please submit to the Planning Department 14, folded blackline copies of
the replats on or before 12 noon, Wednesdayl March 28th, so that your request can be forwarded
on to Council for consideration.
