Dimension firelane width along the north property line. 2. Show offsite easements in Detail A. 3. The fire lane and access easement along the north side of this lot, which is to be dedicated by separate instrument, should have a place to record the volume and page at such time as the easement is recorded. 4. Information at L12 is cluttered and hard to read. Modify as necessary. 5. The labels for L4 and C20 are difficult to read. Move to improve clarity. 6. Add the 20' x 20' easement for the southern fire vault as shown on the site plan. 7. All three water easements for fire vaults and meters along Freeport Parkway should be a minimum of 20' x 20' as shown in the site plan. 8. C22 is shown on the exhibit but not included in the table. Make any necessary corrections.
