Notice of CC PH 4/12/94 NO~ICF. OF P~BLIC The City Council of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing, Case #ZC-556(CH), on the 12th day of April, 1994, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of a zoning change as outlined by Section 44-2 of the Coppell Zoning Ordinance. Section 44-2 regulates any amendment, supplement, or change to the boundaries of zoning districts. This public hearing has been called to consider a change in zoning from C and MF-2 to any appropriate zoning district classification, including, but not limited to, SF-7, SF-9, SF-12, SF- 18, SF-ED, and/or MF-1. At the March 14, 1994, Planning Commission meeting, the Commission voted to recommend SF-7 (Single Family-7) on the property generally described as follows: Located on a parcel of land along the south side of Sandy Lake Road, east of Coppell Road and north of Whispering Hills and Devonshire Additions, on approximately 36 acres of land and more particularly described in the Dallas County Records as Abstract #18, tracts 30 and 30.1. All interested cifzens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning the proposed zoning change request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019.
