This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of a preliminary plat of Round Oak
Estates, was approved by the Coppell City Council on March 9, 1993, with the following
conditions:
1) no alley requirement
2) cul-de-sac length exceeding 600 feet
3) allowance for less than standard minimum street centerline radius
4) drainage, sanitary sewer, water access, turn-around design, etc., all meet City guidelines
