Dear Mr. Avery:
As requested in your letter of January 19, 1995, this letter is to inform you that
a variance from Section 10-8-3 D of the Code of Ordinances to allow a temporary
off-premise subdivision development sign advertising the Round Oak community
on property located on the northwest corner of Bethel School Road at South
Denton Tap Road was granted by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, February
14, 1995. As stated in your letter, this sign needs to be removed once 75 percent
of the subdivision or 18 lots have been permitted.
