1. The proposed driveway needs to be at or above the floodplain as per the City's Floodplain
Management Ordinance.
2. Documentation must be provided showing that permission has been granted to install water
line on adjacent property.
3. The proposed 10' water easement needs to be labeled as a private easement to St. Andrews
Manor.
