I am in agreement that planting of trees on the St. Andrews site will be a benefit to the area. The
location of the pmpesod trees will create more of a buffer between the Stratford Manor homeowners and
the ultimate use of the property now occupied by the Service Center. The ama near the proposed house
is heavily treed and additional trees in this area will not be a gmat benefit to the property. The 90" of
trees planted, along with the trees scheduled to be preserved, will offset any reparation due as the result
of tree removal.
