In reference to the Plat we have submitted ( Manor Plat of Lot 1, Block 1, St. Andrews Manor), I
appreciate you calling to my attention a typographical error on the plat.
The error is in "E) PD Conditions". We incorrectly referred to the 24 foot wide concrete fire lane
as 24 inches (using symbols).
In order to save me a tr/p to Coppell, I hereby authorize you to change the "inches" symbol to
"feet" symbol on the mylars and paper prints prior to filing the plat at the court house.
