Dear Sirs:
This letter is to inform you that your MF-1 property (approximately 19.4 acres), located along
the east side of MacArthur Boulevard, north of the TU power line right-of-way, was
recommended for a zoning change from MF-1 to SF-7 (Single Family-7) to within 400 ft. of the
TU power line. The area inside the 400 ft. boundary was recommended for O (Office) zoning
by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, March 14, 1994.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, April 12, 1994,
at 7:30 p.m.
