The tower is located north of Beltline Road and west of the creek on the City's eastern city limits. I have read Section 12-32A, Wireless Telecommunication Towers and Antennas of the Coppell Zoning Ordinance and understand its provisions. Every effort will be made to comply with the Ordinance. General information concerning the project area area is as follows: · The size of the project area is 315 square feet; · The area is currently zoned Light Industrial. Antennas are allowed "by-right" in commercial districts on utility structures. There are no residential areas near the proposed site. · The proposed use for the project area is to affix antennas to the existing wireless tower. · The existing tower height will be raised no more than 15 feet to accommodate the additional antennas. The following documents have been submitted for your consideration: · An inventory of existing antenna sites in Coppell including those sites within one mile of the City's borders. · An Evaluation from Kris Krishnan, RF Engineer, comparing Hackberry, MacArthur Park, and Mclnnish Park locations. · A map of the proposed sites. · Propagation maps of the Hackberry and MacArthur Sites with and without coverage. · A Site Candidate Information Form evaluating the MacArthur Park location, completed by Infinity Land Services on March 5, 2002. · A site plan of the Hackberry location. As for the other candidate on MacArthur was way north of beeline and' also close to another site DA1278 @samuel & sandy lake in Coppell. My main objective here to stay close to Mac. Arthur but just east on Beltline to provide in building commerical & residential.coverage that we lack in the area. By locating on the spectra site, I'm able to space out our sites equally in all directions.
