east side of MacArthur Boulevard, north of the TU power line right-of-way and current MF-1
zoned area, was recommended for a zoning change from TH-1 to SF-7 (Single Family-7) by the
Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Monday, March 14, 1994.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, April 12, 1994,
at 7:30 p.m.
