Freeport-4.6/Re-CS020419 T H E C I T Y O F COPP-EL£ A 8 · ~ April 19, 2002 Mr. Paul Brown Duke Realty Corporation 5495 Beltline Road, Suite 360 Dallas, TX 75254 Duke-Freeport Addition, Lot 5, Block A, a Replat of a portion of Lot 2~ Block A Dear Paul: This letter is to inform you that the Duke-Freeport Addition, Lot 5, Block A, a Replat of a portion of Lot 2, Block A, to allow the construction of an approximate 160,000 square-foot building (Building 4) on approximately 11.8 acres of property located along the west side of Freeport Parkway, north of Bethel Road, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, April 18, 2002, subject to the following conditions: 1) Two 20'x20' utility easements are being shown along Freeport Parkway. This is inconsistent with the site plan sheets. Make all necessary corrections. 2) C22 has been changed to C44 and still is not included in the curve table. Add curve data to the table. 3) Provide TXU easements. The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, May 14, 2002, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has instructed staff'to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please revise and/or submit to the Planning Department four folded copies of all exhibits on or before 12 noon~ Wednesda¥~ May Iat.
