RE: Case: Community Credit Union Addition, Lot 1, Block 1, Minor Plat
Dear Mr. Mannel:
This letter is to inform you that the Community Credit Union Addition, Lot 1, Block 1, Minor Pla_t, to allow
the development of an approximate 6,000 square-foot financial institution on 1.675 acres of property
located at the southwest comer of S.H. 121 and Denton Tap Road, was recommended for approval by the
Coppell Planning and Zoning Commission on Thursday, May 16, 2002, subject to the following
conditions:
1)
Coordinate with City Staff to obtain the required permits from TxDOT for
the driveway and the deceleration lane
2) Delete the two water easements that are for the fire hydrants.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, June 11, 2002, at 7 p.m.
A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will be held in Council Chambers at
City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the denial of this application. City Council has
instructed staff to include in its agenda packets only those items that accurately reflect conditions as
recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission. Therefore, please revise and/or submit to the
Planning Department three folded copies of all exhibits on or before 12 noon~ Wednesda% May 29t~.
Also, please submit one (1) 8 1/2 x 11 paper reduction of each revision, along with one jpeg, tifor similar
electronic file.
