In the engineering depm-tii-~ent's review letter for the above referenced replat, dated July 6, 1992, we are
asked to construct a sidewalk along Samuel Boulevard.
Due ~o the fact that a future sanctuary and possibly other improvements will be constructed in this area,
we would like to postpone the construction of the sidewalk until the future construction is completed.
If this requires a requested variance to the Subdivision Ordinance, please let this letter serve as such.
