The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a
public hearing on the 17th day of June, 1993, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell
Town Center, for consideration of a Replat of St. Ann Catholic Church
Addition, at the request of Nathan Maier Engineering, to allow the
expansion of the original plat, on property generally described as
follows: located at the northeast corner of Sandy Lake Road and Samuel
Boulevard. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other
parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and
participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of
interest may also express his or her opinion concerning the proposed
Replat request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning
Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, Texas 75019.
