Second Replat Dear Sir: This letter is to inform you that St. Ann Catholic Church, Second Replat, to allow the development of a church on 19.522 acres of property located at the northeast corner of Sandy Lake Road and Samuel Boulevard, was approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, February 11, 1997, subject to removing the Hike and Bike Trail easement from your Plat. The Trail will be relocated to the south side of Sandy Lake Road. This Replat must be fried with the Dallas County Plat Records Department. Approval is valid for six (6) months. If the Replat has not been filed for record with the County prior to August 11, 1997, the replat shall be deemed null and void and resubmittal shall be required. See the attached checklist for the requirements for executing Final Plats and Replats. Original signatures on aH plats. Names must be typed or printed below each signature. Signature block of Utility Companies, with original signatures of each representative. Ten (10) paper copies and two (2) mylars. Paper copies must be folded. You may submit additional copies for your use; however, one (1) paper copy will remain with the City prior to f'ding and, after f'ding, nine (9) paper copies and two (2) mylars must be returned to the City. Clear film positives, 1 each; 1" = 600' and 1" = 200' ofthe parcel only. (For plats larger than 20 acres). · Three O) 8 1/2" x 11" sheet size, reduced copies of the executed plat. Transmittal letter, including the name and telephone number of contact person. Ail blank spaces completed, with the exception of the signature of City Off'wAais. When the information listed above is complete; submit ten (10) bluelines, two (2) mylars and a transmittal letter to the Planing Department. It will take approximately 3 - $ weeks, to review and obtain signatures. Once the proper signatures have been obtained, the Planning Department will telephone the person listed as representative or contact to pick-up the plats. The representative shah submit filing fees and the required nnmber of copies with the County Clerk. The applicant completes the f'ding process and returns the required nnmber of flied copies, reduced copies and clear film positives to the Planning Department. Said copies shah reflect on each sheet, the volume and page of the Map and Plat Records into which the plat was f'ded by the County Clerk. If the f'mai plat has not been submitted for signatures by City Officials within six (6) months after approval, the plat shah be 'deemed null and void, resubmittal shah be required, and current subdivision regulations apply.
