CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT AND MACHINERY, TRANSPORTATION,
AND OTHER FACILITIES AND SERVICES NECESSARY FOR THE
PROPER EXECUTION AND COMPLETION OF THE
10. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL, AT ALL TIMES ENFORCE
STRICT DISCIPLINE AND GOOD ORDER AMONG THE CONTEACTOR'S

13. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL GIVE ALL NOTICES AND
COMPLY ~ ALL LAWS, ORDINANCES, RULES, REGULATIONS,
AND LAWI~JL ORDERS OF ANY PUBLIC AUTHORITY BEARING
ON THE PERFOI~CE OF THE WORK.
14. THE PURPOSE OF THE ENCLOSED SET OF DOCUMENTS IS TO
CONVE~ DESIGN INTENT ONLY. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL:
(A) BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLIANCE WITH
ORDERS OF ANY PUBLIC AUTHORITY BEARING ON THE
PERFORMANCE OF THE WORK;
