.A 20' x 20' easement is required for the water meters and vault.
The 20' Utility Easement along Denton Tap and S.H. 121 should read "20' Sidewalk and
Utility Easement".
· ad~. An easement may need to be granted to TxDOT for the driveway curb return from the
deceleration lane.
~. TxDOT has two additional requirements for the driveway on S.H. 121. A "One-Way" (R6-
IR) sign must be erected opposite the driveway and the pedestrian ramps may not be
constructed within the driveway radius. A copy of the new specifications will be provided to
the applicant.
