This letter is to inform you that the Creekview Addition Phase II, Lot 1R, Block A, Replm.
to allow the development of an approximate 4,960 square-foot office/retail building on
approximately 2.0 acres of property located at the northeast comer of Denton Tap and
Bethel Roads, was recommended for approval by the Coppell Planning and Zoning
Commission on Thursday, May 16, 2002, with no conditions.
The date scheduled for consideration by the Coppell City Council is Tuesday, June 11,
2002, at 7 p.m. A representative for this case must be present at this meeting, which will
be held in Council Chambers at City Hall. Failure to represent this item may result in the
denial of this application. Please note that if the relocation of the fire lane is necessary due
to the resolution of the median opening issue, then three (3) folded copies of the revised
replat need to be submitted to the Planning Department on or before 12 noon~ Wednesda,yt
May 29th. Also, please submit one (1) 8 1/2 x 11 paper reduction of the revision, along
with one jpeg, tif or similar electronic file.
