Dear Sirs:
This letter is to inform you that your MF-1 property (approximately 19.4 acres),
located along the east side of MacArthur Boulevard, north of the TIJ power line
right-of-way, was rezoned to SF-7 (Single Family-7) to within 400 feet of the TU
power line, with the area inside the 400 ft. boundary being rezoned to O (Office)
by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, September 13, 1994.
A copy of the Ordinance will be forwarded to you when it has been prepared.
