Dear Mr. McCrary:
As you requested, the purpose of this letter is to verify zoning for the
above referenced site. The zoning of said site is (C-SUP} Commercial
Special Use Permit, which allows the project to be developed as a
supermarket.
The sale of beer and wine, as packaged liquor, is expressly prohibited in
any district in Coppell. Beer and wine may only be served in a
restaurant, where a restaurant and private club special use permit has
been approved by the City.
