This letter is to inform you that your request for approval of a
preliminary plat of the Sandy Lake Addition, was approved by the Coppell
City Council on Novem_her 13, 1990, subject to the assurance of an 8'
screening wall along the eastern property line, and inclusion of a 30'
landscaped area adjacent to Sandy Lake Road, along with the other
conditions recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
