Preliminary Plat
Dear Ms. Daneshmand:
We have reviewed the preliminary plat for the Sand Point Estates (Bamburg
Estates shown in the title block) addition to the City of Coppell prepared
by CCN Engineering Corporation for Frank Bamburg Building Company, Inc. we
are enclosing a copy of our Preliminary Plat Checklist along with a marked
up print for your review.
It is our understanding that this plat was accon~anied by a Planned
Development Zoning request; however, the preliminary plat does not indicate
the necessary zoning requirements of the planned development request.
Further, this submittal did not include preliminary water, sewer or
drainage plans, all of which are required by the City*s Subdivision
Ordinance.
We recommend this preliminary plat not be a~cepted until the necessaz-if
information Is included on the plat and the preliminary construction pla~$
have been submitted and reviewed.
