Dear Mr. Durham,
The City of Coppell has requested that fire protection be provided on your property at
the western edge of your existing *fire lane" which extends from the Samuel Blvd.
frontage.
The developer of the property to the south of your property plans to construct a 'day
care facility" and is requesting permission from the church to install a 'fire hydrant' on
the western edge of the fire lane. The approximate location of the 'fire hydrant" is
shown on the attached diagram.
The developer of the Day Care Center, Mr. Dan Wewer, plans to start construction
within 45 to 60 days.
If the Coppetl Church of Christ agrees to the construction of this 'fire hydrant" by the
developer of the Day Care Center, please indicate your approval in the apace
provided below. This approval is only intended to allow the City of Coppell access to
this 'fire hydrant" from the existing 'fire lane" which extends from Samuel Blvd. and to
pass through the southern boundary of the Day Care Center property in the event of a
fire emergency.
